Location: United Kingdom (Remote) Experience: 3–5 Years Employment Type: Full-time / Part-time / Freelance (Based on Experience)
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced UK-based Lead Generation & Appointment Setting Specialist with a strong background in the IT services industry.
Your primary responsibility will be to:
- Identify decision-makers,
- Generate qualified leads, and
- Book sales meetings with companies across the UK and Europe.
This is a pure B2B outbound role focused on building a consistent pipeline for our sales team.
If you have hands-on experience using tools like Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar platforms, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate high-quality B2B leads across the UK and Europe.
- Identify decision-makers including:
- CEOs
- CTOs
- Founders
- IT Managers
- Digital Transformation Heads
- Build targeted prospect lists using multiple lead generation platforms.
- Execute outbound outreach through:
- Cold calling (where required)
- Book qualified appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead information.
- Research companies to identify:
- Outsourcing opportunities for IT services.
- Continuously optimize outreach strategies and lead quality.

Required Skills & Experience
- 3–5 years of proven experience in B2B lead generation.
- Must be currently based in the United Kingdom.
- Experience generating appointments for:
- IT services,
- Software development,
- AI,
- ERP,
- SaaS, or
- Digital transformation companies.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong understanding of outbound sales processes.
- Ability to:
- Work independently,
- Achieve monthly appointment targets.

- Existing database of UK or European decision-makers.
- Established relationships with:
- Business owners,
- Technology leaders.
- Previous experience closing IT service deals.
- Experience with CRM platforms such as:
- HubSpot,
- Salesforce, or
- Pipedrive.
- Knowledge of:
- Email automation,
- Outreach platforms.
