As a Manager at an Apple Store, you’ll lead, coach, and develop a team that delivers exceptional customer experiences. You’ll prioritise actively participating in customer interactions, ensuring performance goals, business priorities, and store excellence are met.


Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership & Growth:

    • Lead your team, empowering each member to achieve their performance and developmental goals.
    • Develop, mentor, and support high-performing, inclusive teams, ensuring everyone’s strengths are identified and leveraged.
  • Recruitment & Retention:

    • Assist in recruiting, training, and retaining a diverse, high-performing team.
  • Floor Leadership:

    • Actively engage with team members and customers throughout the store, upholding company standards and ensuring exceptional customer service.
    • Model best practices and uphold business priorities daily.
  • Conflict & Escalation Resolution:

    • Address concerns from customers and team members, escalating when necessary in partnership with leadership and HR.

  • Operational Excellence:

    • Drive business priorities and store performance goals by strategic planning, execution, and results-tracking.
    • Provide guidance across assigned functional areas (e.g., sales, inventory, training).

Minimum Qualifications

To qualify, you should have:

  • Availability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and public holidays, and meet expectations for attendance & reliability.
  • Proficient working knowledge of the local language (written/spoken), including support for sign language users.
  • Previous experience leading others in retail, sales, or a relevant field.
