UK Marketing Campaign Manager - 12-month FTC

THE TEAM

Our UK & holidays marketing team is responsible for shaping and delivering the combined flights and holidays marketing strategy across the UK market. Working across owned, earned and paid channels, the team brings together commercial objectives, brand ambition and customer insight to create impactful campaigns that drive growth.

You'll work closely with colleagues across CRM, PR, E-commerce, Social, Performance Marketing, Partnerships and Holidays, helping to deliver coordinated customer journeys and outstanding marketing activity.

THE ROLE

As UK Marketing Campaign Manager, you'll lead the strategy and planning of our owned marketing channels, with a focus on Email (CRM) and App Push communications. You'll play a key role in maximising customer value, driving product cross-sell opportunities and ensuring our marketing activity is connected, insight-led and customer focused.

Working across multiple teams, you'll develop integrated channel plans, build strong stakeholder relationships and use customer data and performance insights to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the owned channel strategy for Email (CRM) and App Push communications.
  • Creating integrated activity plans aligned with wider marketing and commercial objectives.
  • Managing relationships with key delivery partners across CRM, product and web merchandising teams.
  • Acting as the main point of contact for Customer Data and Analytics teams to unlock value from customer insights.
  • Developing monthly owned channel plans that balance commercial priorities, customer value and marketing activity.
  • Establishing testing roadmaps to optimise performance and improve channel effectiveness.
  • Overseeing content planning to ensure a consistent, engaging and brand-aligned customer experience.
  • Monitoring and reporting campaign performance, using insights to inform future activity and share recommendations.
  • Driving collaboration and sharing best practice across easyJet markets.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • A minimum of five years' experience in marketing, customer marketing, CRM, brand or agency environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with experience working across matrix organisations and multiple teams.
  • Excellent analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into action.
  • Strong creative judgement and an eye for consistency across customer communications and marketing channels.
  • A proactive approach with a focus on ownership, delivery and continuous improvement.
  • The ability to build effective relationships and influence a variety of stakeholders.
  • Confidence working in a dynamic environment and embracing change as an opportunity.
  • Excellent organisation skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Resilience, adaptability and the ability to manage competing priorities.

This is a full-time position. We support hybrid working and spend time together as a team in our Luton HQ office and London.
