This role involves:

  • Full responsibility for the UK brand and marketing strategy, with the autonomy to shape direction and the centre of gravity to execute it.
  • Reporting to the General Manager, blending strategic leadership with hands-on delivery.
  • Collaboration with agencies, senior stakeholders, and a small, capable team.

Based in London with flexible hybrid working, this role offers a chance to step into an impactful position where your decisions genuinely drive growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the UK marketing strategy to deliver growth against commercial and shareholder goals.
  • Set and protect brand standards, proposition, and communication across every channel and touchpoint.
  • Lead agency partners to deliver high-quality, creative, and effective campaigns.
  • Identify market and competitor opportunities early and take decisive action.

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in brand or marketing roles, ideally within FMCG or food and drink.
  • Strong commercial instincts, with experience managing budgets and P&L decisions.
  • Track record of leading, developing, and motivating a small team.
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and collaborate cross-functionally.
