As UK Marketplace Leader, you will be accountable for the UK marketplace business, owning P&L performance and delivering against clear input and output metrics across selection, pricing, availability, and seller quality. You will operate as the single-threaded owner for the country, setting the strategic direction and driving disciplined execution. This role requires a leader who combines strong business judgment with operational rigor, and who can continuously raise the performance bar.
Key Responsibilities: Own UK marketplace P&L, delivering on revenue, margin, and free cash flow targets; Define and execute country strategy, grounded in data, with clear prioritisation across categories and growth levers; Drive input metrics (selection expansion, price competitiveness, seller performance, availability) to achieve output goals; Lead a multi-functional team, setting high standards for hiring, performance management, and talent development; Inspect and improve mechanisms, establishing weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews to drive accountability; Partner with global stakeholders to influence roadmap, allocate resources, and remove structural constraints.

Qualifications: Experience as a senior leader within e-commerce or marketplace with a country/regional scope; Strong understanding of European marketplace and sellers; Comfortable analysing complex data and providing actionable recommendations;. Structured, performance-oriented, and able to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including international teams; Proven success in building long-term B2B and cross border partnerships; Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
