About Us

We are a fast-growing consumer goods business with five established brands, selling across multiple online marketplaces throughout the UK and internationally. We're launching new products at pace and investing heavily in growing our third-party marketplace presence.

As part of our continued expansion, we're looking for a commercially minded UK Marketplace Manager to take ownership of our growing marketplace portfolio, helping drive sales, profitability and operational excellence across a range of channels.

About the Role

This is a hands-on, commercially focused role responsible for managing and growing our third-party marketplaces, including TikTok Shop, Temu, eBay, Debenhams, B&Q Marketplace, The Range, Tesco Marketplace, with opportunities to support Amazon UK as the business continues to grow.

You'll own the day-to-day performance of these channels, working closely with Marketing, Purchasing, Operations and Customer Service to maximise sales, optimise profitability and ensure best-in-class marketplace execution.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing business where you'll have genuine ownership, the ability to influence strategy and the chance to shape the future of our marketplace business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of the day-to-day performance of multiple online marketplaces.
  • Drive revenue growth while maintaining strong profitability across each marketplace.
  • Develop and manage pricing strategies to remain competitive while protecting margins.
  • Plan and execute promotions, seasonal events and marketplace campaigns.
  • Analyse marketplace performance, identify trends and recommend actions to drive growth.
  • Monitor competitor activity and recommend commercial actions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
