Lead Tekever’s business development, customer engagement, and campaign execution across the Air domain for the UK, Middle East and Africa (ME&A) region. The role will act as the primary BD relationship owner for the UK Royal Air Force (RAF), support the Director of the UK ME&A team in regional strategy execution, and provide air-domain advice to market leads across remaining regional markets.

1. UK RAF Relationship Management
- Own and develop Tekever’s BD relationship with the RAF, including senior users, capability teams, programme staff, and innovation organisations.
- Build trusted access across RAF stakeholder groups, ensuring engagement is coherent, prioritised, and aligned to UK strategy.
- Identify, shape, and progress RAF opportunities from early engagement to tender, bid, contract, and delivery handover.
- Maintain awareness of RAF priorities, capability gaps, experimentation activity, and procurement routes relevant to unmanned systems, ISR, EW, and air-enabled effects.
2. Regional Air Domain Advice (UK, ME & Africa)
- Act as the air-domain advisor to market leads across the UK, ME&A region.
- Provide credible advice on RAF doctrine, operational employment, air command & control, airspace integration, airworthiness considerations, and operational user expectations.
- Support customer problem definition, use-case development, and value proposition design for air customers and air-enabled opportunities.
- Assist regional teams in understanding customer force structures, decision-making routes, procurement behaviours, and adoption pathways.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
