About the Role
Innotech Digital & Display is a global leader in wide-format print media, distributing PVC banner materials, fabric products, and display systems to professional print service providers across the UK, Europe, and international markets. Backed by Blackfriars Corporation, we operate within a well-established international group, renowned for quality, service, and operational excellence.
We are recruiting for a UK National Sales Manager to lead a high-performing B2B sales team and drive commercial growth. This is a newly created leadership role with full ownership of a team of 10, including Regional Sales Managers and Internal Sales Representatives. You will shape the future of the business, deliver ambitious targets, and foster a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.

Core Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of Regional Sales Managers and Internal Sales Representatives
- Drive sales performance, KPIs and revenue growth across the UK
- Coach, mentor, and support the team to achieve individual and collective success
- Manage sales workflow using CRM systems, reporting and performance dashboards
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers, supporting strategic account expansion
- Work closely with the Managing Director to execute business strategy and objectives
Who You Are
We’re looking for an experienced B2B sales leader who thrives on developing high-performing teams and data-driven decision-making. Ideal candidates will have:
Experience
- Leading multi-site or national sales teams
- Strong B2B sales management with a proven track record of revenue growth
- Experience in distribution, wholesale, manufacturing, or trade-focused industries
- CRM and sales reporting expertise
Skills
- Exceptional leadership, communication and coaching abilities
- UK driving licence (essential)
