UK - On-Site Coordinator (Wellingborough)
Onsite Coordinator – Full Time

Location: Wellingborough, NN8 6BT Salaried Role: Full-time (£26,000 - £27,000 per annum) Hours: 40 hrs per week, Monday to Friday (6:00 AM – 6:00 PM), with flexibility required
About the Role
We are recruiting for an Onsite Coordinator to join our team at a leading 3PL client. Experience in recruitment, payroll, planning, or team leadership is desirable, but full training will be provided. An attitude, willingness to learn, and strong work ethic are key.
Key Duties

Daily Operations:
- Check and report daily attendance to operations teams
- Liaise with site managers to support team coordination
- Work closely with the onsite team in role execution

Workforce Management:
- Conduct registration sessions in line with recruitment plans
- Manage worker hours via the company payroll system
- Monitor and communicate roster rotations for warehouse colleagues, including shift bookings as needed

Support & Engagement:
- Onboard new starters and assist with any queries or queries
- Support payroll adherence and cost management
Requirements
- Soft Skills:
- Fluent verbal and written English (essential)
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Proven experience in team leadership, coordination, or resourcing
- People management abilities and diplomacy
