Onsite Recruiter - Full Time

We are recruiting for an onsite coordinator to join our team at AS Watson in their Distribution Centre at Darlington DL3 0PS. This is a key role for us as you will be the link between the warehouse operation and the onsite team. Experience in either recruitment, payroll, planning or a team leading position is required but full training will be provided. Key Duties as a Onsite Recruiter

  • Liaising with the onsite manager and planning recruitment sessions around the intake plan
  • Carrying out registration sessions and planning induction / training sessions
  • Recruiting and attracting the best talent for the warehouse operative roles
  • Reporting, recording and tracking the weekly recruitment activity
  • Reviewing with the marketing team to place adverts for warehouse operatives and reviewing marketing campaigns
  • New starter engagement and supporting with any queries

As an Onsite Recruiter you will need to have:

  • A good standard of verbal and written English
  • Good communication and organisational skills
  • Previous experience of working as a resourcer, recruiter or consultant
  • Flexible approach to shifts and working hours

Salary £28,404 per year
