This is a remote, contract role for a UK Online Language School Franchise Partner. The partner will manage and grow a virtual language school in the UK market, using Lingua Learn’s established brand, platforms, and curricula. Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Promoting language courses
- Engaging with prospective learners and corporate clients
- Overseeing enrollment and customer support processes
- Coordinating training delivery with instructors
- Monitoring performance metrics
- Ensuring high-quality learner experiences
The partner will also conduct local market research, develop regional marketing initiatives, and collaborate closely with Lingua Learn’s central team for guidance, training, and operational support.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Writing skills to interact with learners, corporate clients, and internal teams, and to produce clear, engaging marketing and informational materials.
- Solid Analytical Skills and Research capabilities to assess market potential, track performance data, and inform strategic decisions in the UK region.
- Experience or aptitude in Training and educational coordination to support instructors and ensure effective delivery of online language programs.
- Background or familiarity with online education, language learning, or franchise/entrepreneurial ventures is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple priorities, and build and maintain professional relationships.
- Comfort with digital tools, online platforms, and basic sales or marketing activities to grow enrollment and brand presence in the UK market.
