Lingua Learn Franchise Group is a virtual online training school with 45+ franchise hubs worldwide, delivering more than 50 languages to public and corporate clients. Built on the global shift toward remote work and online education, Lingua Learn focuses on high-potential regions identified through dedicated market research and offers exclusive franchise agreements in those territories.

Franchise partners receive country-level rights to the Lingua Learn brand and services, supported by a full launch package including an e-commerce website, CRM, staff training, and ongoing operational support. Partners benefit from access to a global network of 300+ qualified teachers and a comprehensive library of branded course materials covering certified language classes, corporate training, and soft-skills development.

As a UK Online Language School Franchise Partner, you will operate and grow Lingua Learn’s online language training presence within your designated UK territory. This is a remote, contract role, focused on building and managing a local client base across individual learners, schools, and corporate accounts.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing marketing and outreach activities
  • Conducting local market research
  • Managing enquiries from prospective students and corporate clients
  • Coordinating with Lingua Learn’s Global Franchise Support Team to implement standardized processes
  • Using the provided e-commerce and CRM systems
  • Ensuring a high-quality learner experience
  • Supervising local operations
  • Supporting teacher allocation where applicable
  • Monitoring performance against growth and service-quality targets

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication skills for client outreach, relationship management, and cross-cultural collaboration.
  • Analytical Skills and Research capabilities to assess local market opportunities, track performance, and refine growth strategies.
  • Writing skills to create clear, engaging local marketing copy, emails, and proposals.
  • Training skills to onboard local staff or partners and promote best practices in customer service and operations.
  • Proven experience in business development, franchising, education services, or related sectors.
  • Comfort working remotely with digital tools, including CRM, e-commerce, and online communication platforms.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to plan, prioritize, and drive results independently.
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
  • Understanding of the UK education or corporate training market is beneficial.
