Lingua Learn expands through franchise agreements in regions identified as having strong growth potential, providing partners with established products and services. The company may offer exclusive franchise rights for specific countries, enabling partners to own and operate a virtual language school.

Franchise partners receive full training and ongoing support from a multinational organization.

Role Description

The UK Online Language School Franchise Partner role is a remote, contract opportunity to manage and grow a Lingua Learn franchise in the United Kingdom. Day-to-day activities include:

  • Promoting online language courses
  • Building relationships with individual learners and corporate clients
  • Overseeing local marketing and sales initiatives
  • Coordinating training services
  • Monitoring performance data
  • Aligning local operations with Lingua Learn’s quality standards and brand guidelines

This role also involves:

  • Identifying new market opportunities
  • Supporting learner engagement and retention
  • Collaborating with Lingua Learn’s central team to implement best practices and franchise-wide initiatives

Qualifications

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Strong communication and writing skills to engage learners, corporate clients, and stakeholders effectively
  • Analytical and research abilities to:
    • Assess market trends
    • Evaluate performance metrics
    • Identify growth opportunities
  • Training experience to coordinate or deliver learning programs and ensure consistent quality of language services
  • Business development or sales experience, ideally in education, training, or franchising
  • Proficiency with online tools and platforms used for:
    • Virtual learning
    • Marketing
    • Client management
  • Ability to:
    • Work independently in a remote setting
    • Manage multiple priorities
    • Make data-informed decisions

Desirable Experience & Qualifications

  • Prior experience in language education, corporate training, or managing a franchise or small business
  • Relevant post-secondary education in business, education, languages, or a related field (advantageous but not mandatory)
