Lingua Learn Franchise Group is a virtual online training school with over 45 franchise hubs across six continents, offering more than 50 languages to both public and corporate clients. The organization operates in a rapidly expanding online language learning market, driven by the growth of remote work over the past several years. Lingua Learn identifies regions with strong growth potential and offers franchise agreements tailored to those markets. Franchise partners gain access to Lingua Learn’s products and services, potentially on an exclusive basis within their country. Each franchisee receives full training, ongoing support, and the resources of a multinational organization to help build a successful virtual language school.
Role Description
This is a remote, contract role for a UK Online Language School Franchise Partnership with Lingua Learn Franchise Group. The franchise partner will oversee the setup and day-to-day management of a virtual language school, including coordinating online classes, managing local marketing activities, and building relationships with individual and corporate clients. The role involves implementing Lingua Learn’s franchise framework, ensuring service quality, monitoring performance metrics, and providing feedback to improve operations in the UK market. The partner will collaborate with Lingua Learn’s central team to align local strategies with global standards and to adapt offerings to regional needs. Responsibilities also include recruiting, onboarding, and supporting instructors as needed, and maintaining accurate records for reporting and compliance.

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including the ability to engage clients, instructors, and stakeholders in a clear and professional manner.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Research abilities to assess market opportunities, monitor performance, and identify growth strategies.
- Candidates should possess effective Writing and Training skills to develop local materials, support instructor onboarding, and communicate operational procedures.
- Experience in education, e-learning, franchising, or language services is beneficial.
- Demonstrated business development, sales, or partnership management experience is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and use digital tools for communication and organization.
- Understanding of the UK market and proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
- Background in business, education, or a related field is preferred, though equivalent experience is also valued.
