As an Operations Expert, you help drive sales and the customer experience by delivering excellence in operations, inventory accuracy, and preservation activities. You have a deep understanding of operational practices and mentor the Operations team to complete operational tasks accurately, in alignment with Retail Inventory processes.
Role Description

Complete inventory receiving, counting, returning, and shipping tasks in compliance with Retail Inventory processes

Mentor and support team members to adhere to operational guidelines

Ensure product fulfilment tasks are completed efficiently, delivering items from Runner requests to customers and team members to enhance the customer experience

Provide guidance to Operations Specialists by sharing knowledge of Retail Inventory processes

Foster understanding of inventory performance among all store team members by gathering relevant data to assist leadership decision-making

Monitor inventory accuracy in the system, including non-sellable products

Identify trends in inventory variance and investigate root causes

Execute additional duties as needed, including supporting customer-facing activities

Promote inclusion by respecting individual differences and demonstrating curiosity and a willingness to learn

Minimum Qualifications
You should be ready to:
- Work flexible shifts, including mornings, nights, weekends, and public holidays, as needed to support business operations
- Dependably follow your scheduled shifts, adhering to local labour laws with approved accommodations where applicable
- Safely lift and carry product to various locations within or near the store
- Have experience in retail, sales, or a related field
- Speak the local language fluently (written and spoken), with support for spoken sign language where applicable
