Operations Expert – Retail Inventory (Apple Retail)

As an Operations Expert, you help drive sales and the customer experience by delivering excellence in operations, inventory accuracy, and preservation activities. You have a deep understanding of operational practices and mentor the Operations team to complete operational tasks accurately and in accordance with Retail Inventory processes.
Description
You will:
- Complete inventory receiving, counting, returning, and shipping tasks in compliance with Retail Inventory processes, and mentor and support team members in doing so.
- Complete product fulfillment tasks and deliver items from Runner requests to customers and team members to support an exceptional customer experience.
- Support Operations Specialists by sharing knowledge about Retail Inventory processes.
- Promote understanding of inventory performance among all store team members and gather inventory data to aid leadership decision-making.
- Monitor all inventory, including non-sellable products, in the inventory management system for accuracy and consistency—identifying variance trends and understanding their root causes.
- Perform other tasks as needed, including customer-facing activities when required.
- Contribute to an inclusive environment by respecting each other’s differences and embracing curiosity to learn.
- Demonstrate Apple’s values of inclusion and diversity in daily activities.

Minimum Qualifications
You should:
- Be available to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, which may include nights, weekends, and public holidays in the retail store, while reliably attending work as scheduled (subject to local laws and approved accommodations).
- Be able to lift and carry products to various locations within and near the store.
- Have experience in retail, sales, or related work.
- Be proficient in the local language, both written and spoken (sign language accommodated).
