We are looking for a talented PA&A District Commercial Manager who will play a high-impact commercial role, fully dedicated to driving the growth and profitability of BRP’s Parts, Accessories & Apparel (PA&A) business in the UK.

Your mission is to turn PA&A into a powerful, structured, and sustainable profit engine both for BRP and our network, driven by:

  • Parts & aftersales (recurring, high-margin growth and customer retention)
  • Workshop performance and operational excellence
  • Accessory attachment at unit delivery (immediate value creation)

YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

Retail Specialist: Elevate Retail Execution & Capture Full Value

  • Deliver best-in-class PA&A retail execution across dealerships (showroom, online, merchandising, POP, apparel visibility).
  • Maximize accessories sales integration, ensuring every vehicle sold captures its full PA&A potential.
  • Activate seasonal campaigns and retail initiatives, aligned with customer usage and service needs.

Commercial Planner: Turn Data into Performance

  • Drive performance through rigorous analysis of PA&A KPIs (e.g. € per unit, attachment rate, best sellers, service indicators, inventory levels).
  • Build and execute Dealer Action Plans to close gaps and unlock performance locally.
  • Support dealers in defining annual objectives, tailored to their business reality and market potential.

Business Advisor: Build Profitable, Parts-Driven Dealers

  • Drive dealer transformation towards a parts- and aftersales-led business model, strengthening:
    • Workshop performance and service penetration

  • Coach and develop dealer teams on:
    • Products (Parts, Accessories, Apparel)
    • Sales and service processes

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
