About the Role
Private banking at Revolut focuses on developing long-term relationships with individuals around the globe. Private Bankers will: prospect, acquire, and activate clients, own their market segments, solve complex problems, and help discover the value of Revolut through a solution-oriented, sharp approach.
We’re hiring an Italian-Speaking Private Banker to act as a trusted advisor, helping affluent clients navigate financial challenges and crafting personalised strategies tailored to their needs. As a private banking expert, your deep understanding of our offerings will ensure tailored recommendations and exceptional client experiences.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Onboarding high-net-worth individuals and guiding them throughout the entire customer lifecycle
- Uncovering client requirements and communicating the value of our private banking services via solutions-based advisory
- Driving growth by identifying cross-sell opportunities—ensuring clients fully utilise the relevant features
- Providing comprehensive personalised financial advice on deposits, savings, and investments
- Conducting regular portfolio reviews and recommending optimisations to align with evolving financial goals
- Meeting and exceeding relationship management targets in line with team goals
What You’ll Need
- Proficiency in both English and Italian
- 3+ years of experience in private banking, wealth management, or financial advisory
- CISI Level 4 Investment Advice Diploma (IAD) or CFA Level 1 + Investment Management Certificate (IMC) Level 4
- Proven track record of managing multiple high-value client relationships
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with affluent clients
- Commitment to becoming an expert in Revolut’s wealth management and financial advisory services
- Analytical mindset capable of in-depth financial analysis and portfolio optimisation
- Creativity to leverage market insights for anticipating client needs and trends
- Client-focused approach with patience and detailed guidance for complex financial decisions
- Commercial acumen to assess a client’s financial potential and negotiate where relevant
- Solid understanding of regulatory requirements and unwavering compliance standards

- Additional certifications such as CFA, CAIA, or equivalent
