The Role This role reports to the Group Product Marketing Director. It will be (ideally) based in our office in Lisburn. The UK Product Marketing Manager – Rental+/Rental will lead, plan & execute UK product marketing for Rental+ and Retail, working closely with the US Product Marketing Manager – Retail/Rental+. The role plays a critical part in shaping our value proposition, enabling sales, delivering go-to-market excellence, and ensuring our UK Rental+/Retail marketing activity is impactful, consistent, and aligned with global strategy. You will work closely with the CCO, UK sales and local marketing teams to create clear messaging, compelling content, and effective campaigns. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, hands-on delivery, and strong cross-functional coordination. Key responsibilities will include: Product Marketing: Develop and own product marketing strategy across Rental+ and Retail, ensuring a clear market positioning & a differentiated value story. Build and maintain service-line messaging frameworks, value propositions, and proof points. Lead the development of product collateral, sales enablement materials, website copy, and thought leadership content. Shape and support the go-to-market strategy for new service enhancements, campaigns, and launches. Act as the internal advocate and subject-matter expert for your service lines, ensuring visibility and alignment across markets. UK Marketing Leadership: Plan and execute the UK campaigns, content, events, and localised assets (read UK Marketing Plan) for Rental+/Retail. Collaborate with UK sales to understand market needs and drive demand. Ensure consistent brand and messaging across all UK touchpoints. Manage UK campaign performance reporting and make recommendations for continual optimisation via or in partnership with, the Digital team. Cross Functional Collaboration Brief Digital Marketing Team, Brand, PR and Sales Operations to deliver integrated plan. Work with sales to support enablement, ensure strong lead handover processes, & identify content and/or case study gaps. Performance & Analytics Monitor and report on product marketing and UK campaign performance. Use insights to refine strategy, optimise messaging, and identify new opportunities. Track and communicate KPIs including pipeline influence, conversion performance, and asset engagement. QualificationsEssential Skills & Experience: Highly organised individual, able to manage & execute multiple projects at one time, be commercially curious and bring a proactive, solution-focused mindset. Required Experience Demonstrable B2B product marketing experience. Strong commercial acumen and curiosity. Experience marketing multiple products or service lines across different markets. Strong skills in messaging development, customer insights, and go-to-market planning. Proven track record of delivering marketing campaigns end-to-end. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management capabilities. Comfortable working in a matrixed, multi-market environment. Evidence of translating complex services into clear, compelling value propositions. Excellent decision making and problem-solving skills supported with data-driven mindset. High organisational & interpersonal communication skills coupled w. strong presentation skills. Detailed understanding of the range of marketing channels available. Experience with CRM/marketing automation tools and sales enablement platforms.
