Job Description
We are seeking a structured and delivery-focused Programme Manager to oversee all Project Management Systems (PMS) and lead the Deployment and Release Management portfolios within a strategic transformation programme. This role requires strong coordination across workstreams, excellent reporting capabilities, and stakeholder engagement across multiple markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the setup, usage, and governance of all PMS tools across the programme.
- Manage deployment and release planning, ensuring alignment with programme timelines and dependencies.
- Coordinate across functional and technical teams to ensure readiness for releases.
- Track and report progress, risks, and issues to the Orchestration Lead.
- Engage with market stakeholders to ensure consistent delivery in a federated governance model.
- Support change management and communication across impacted teams.

Required Skills
- Strong planning and coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement across markets.
- Proficiency in project tracking tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Excel).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and workstreams.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive problem-solving approach.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in programme or project management.
- Experience managing deployment and release cycles in large-scale programmes.
- Familiarity with SAP and CPG industry environments is a plus.
