Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management, with proven experience in supervising teams and managing complex projects. This role involves overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of projects while ensuring alignment with organisational goals. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership and communication skills, as well as proficiency in various project management methodologies and tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage project teams to ensure successful project delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints.
  • Conduct requirements gathering sessions to define project objectives and deliverables.
  • Utilise project management software such as Microsoft Project, Jira to track progress and manage resources effectively.
  • Manage the delivery of Finance workstream, SAP delivery experience.
  • Good engagement/communication across many markets where governance is centralised.
  • Perform root cause analysis to identify issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Oversee cost control measures to ensure projects remain within financial parameters.
  • Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status.
  • Apply data analysis skills to assess project performance and inform decision-making processes.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans using methodologies such as Waterfall or SAFe.
  • Manage documentation through content management systems like SharePoint or Confluence.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on product development initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, or related field.
  • Proven experience in a supervisory role with strong team management capabilities.
  • Proficiency in managing Project Management experience in SAP Finance/ S/4 Hana Finance/ Oracle Financials.
  • PMP or Prince2 Certified (preferred).
  • Experience in Project Planning Software tools like MS Project Planner for Planning, Monitoring, Forecasting & Successful Project Management and Delivery.
  • Experience in MS Office Tools for documentation & presentation purposes.
  • Experience in handling high-volume/large complex/global delivery project deliverables with Global Organisations.
  • Knowledge of managing customer relationships within projects is advantageous.
