Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and collaborative Project Manager to lead the SC&P (Supply Chain & Procurement) workstream within a major transformation programme. The role involves managing SAP delivery, coordinating across multiple markets, and ensuring governance and alignment in a federated operating model. Prior experience in the CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) sector is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, IT, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in programme delivery, preferably in CPG or FMCG environments.
- Proven experience with SAP implementations, especially in supply chain and procurement modules.
- Experience working in federated governance models across multiple markets.
Required Skills
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Ability to manage complex workstreams and cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in project tracking tools and reporting (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience
