About the Role
Due to the exciting growth of Corin, we are now looking to expand our Quality Inspection team to be able to continue to deliver the quantity of products required to meet the worldwide demand. We are therefore looking for Quality Assistants and Inspectors to join us, where we design, engineer, make, inspect and distribute globally.
Responsibilities
We are looking for Quality Assistants and Inspectors who will read technical drawings (full training will be provided) and have the ability to maintain a high level of attention to detail. We are looking for progressive learners and the ability to work well under pressure. If you are applying for the Assistant role, no previous experience is required as you’ll be guided by a dedicated trainer and supported day‑to‑day by our Senior Inspector.

Shift Patterns and Salary
Our current shifts are split over 2 shift patterns of either weekday nights OR double days.
Weekday Nights

Base Pay: £24,900.00

Monday to Thursday: 22:00pm - 05:45am

Friday: 16:00pm - 20:50pm
Double Days

Earlies (one week): 5.30am - 14:00 Monday to Thursday, 5.30am - 11am on Friday

Lates (next week): 13:45pm - 22.15pm Monday to Thursday, 10:45am - 16:15pm on Friday
On top of your salary, enjoy a performance-based bonus of up to £150 per month (paid quarterly up to £450), rewarding strong output, excellent attendance and right‑first‑time results.
Requirements
The ideal Quality Assistant/Inspector will have/be:
- An excellent level of attention to detail.
- A minimal education background of GCSE level or equivalent in Maths and English.
- Previous work experience in either a manufacturing, automotive, aerospace or highly regulated environment would be desirable, but not essential.
- An eagerness and willingness to learn new tasks that involve general inspection, measurement, and associated activities (eg - reading engineering drawings).
- A detail-orientated approach and the ability to make informed decisions based on the quality of the product.
- To be reliable and committed to developing a career at Corin.
