About The Role
Our Production Coordinators are enthusiastic, willing to learn, and have very strong communication skills, as well as a flare for organisation and a passion for animation production. They undertake unique, daily challenges that arise from producing a 3D animation project.
Our Production Coordinators are excellent communicators, organised, able to use their initiative and generally make themselves indispensable in this fast-paced and rewarding environment. We are looking for a Production Coordinator to join our new and exciting show.
Please note that this vacancy can close early if we receive a high number of applications.
This opportunity is available on a fixed term contract, due to start early August 2026, going through to late January 2027. There is potential for it to extend for a longer period.
The successful candidate will need to be based in the UK and will require the right to work in the UK. This opportunity requires talent to be based regionally - in the UK, outside of the M25 - as per client requirements. We are very happy to discuss flexible, hybrid and remote working options for all our vacancies.
Day To Day
- Act as the communication hub across all animation departments, as well as with our clients
- Help to plan and troubleshoot the pipeline for production
- Plan with the available resources to optimise the efficiency of each department, in line with the schedule and budget
- Be across all aspects of the production as a whole, as well as individual departments
- Ensuring the team are working towards the various goals and deadlines that the production demands
About You
Must Have:
- Confidence in motivating and leading teams with enthusiasm whilst working to a tight deadline.
- Experience of working with Production Management Software & Microsoft Office.
- Excellent organisational skills and good at multitasking.
- Great team player.
- Self-motivated, and able to deliver on schedule, working calmly under pressure.
- Hard working and efficient.
- Very strong communication skills
- Have good IT skills.

Established in London in 2000, the studio has grown to become the largest dedicated CG animation studio in the UK, picking up a shelf full of BAFTAs, an Annie and an Emmy along the way!
