UK - Sales Advisor

JOIN A BRAND REDEFINING NATURAL WELLBEING

We are looking for a part-time Sales Advisor to join our team in our first London boutique in Westfield White City, for 2 days a week.

You will be a true brand ambassador. You'll inspire and empower every customer, creating unforgettable experiences, whilst contributing to the store's commercial success.

🌿✨ Your Day-to-day Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional services and drive sales

  • Greet every customer warmly and offer tailored product advice
  • Share expert knowledge of our natural products and introduce new products
  • Build strong customer relationships and promote our loyalty programme
  • Contribute to store performance by achieving KPIs through excellent customer service, product knowledge, and active selling.

Support store operations

  • Host engaging demos
  • Maintain high standards in presentation and cleanliness
  • Ensure the shop floor is well-stocked and visually aligned with our brand
  • Help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the store

🌱👉 What We Are Looking For

  • A passion for natural beauty, wellness, and helping people feel their best
  • Previous experience in retail or customer-facing roles, ideally with a track record of meeting sales targets
  • Experience in beauty or skincare
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence in making product recommendations
  • A results-driven mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Team spirit, flexibility, and a proactive attitude
  • Availability to work varied hours, including weekends and peak periods

Experience in beauty or skincare is a plus, but not essential.
