As a Sales Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the store operates efficiently and delivers an outstanding shopping experience. From maintaining high presentation standards to fostering a welcoming atmosphere, you’ll represent our brand with pride while prioritising health, safety, and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
Team Collaboration
- Work harmoniously with colleagues to foster an inclusive and supportive team environment.
- Actively participate in team discussions and problem-solving, sharing innovative ideas to meet shared goals.
- Support and train both new and existing team members by sharing knowledge and skills.
Operational Excellence
- Assist with daily store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using various payment methods.
- Keep the sales floor clean, organised, and visually appealing, with products attractively displayed and well-stocked.
- Stay informed about product features, promotions, and pricing to provide customers with accurate, helpful advice.
- Set up and execute in-store promotions and displays to drive sales and enhance the shopping experience.
