As a Sales Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the store operates efficiently and delivers an outstanding shopping experience. From maintaining high presentation standards to creating a welcoming atmosphere, you’ll represent our brand with pride and enthusiasm while prioritising health, safety, and wellbeing.

Operational Excellence
- Assist with daily store operations while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Process transactions efficiently, handling varied payment methods.
- Maintain the sales floor as clean, organised, and visually appealing with well-stocked, attractively displayed products.
- Stay updated on product features, promotions, and pricing to assist customers accurately.
- Help organise and execute in-store promotions and displays to boost sales and enhance shopping experiences.
Customer Engagement
- Build strong customer relationships through understanding and addressing their needs.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries or concerns.
- Represent Mountain Warehouse with enthusiasm and professionalism, fostering a warm, enjoyable shopping atmosphere.
Sales & Performance
- Collaborate with the team to achieve and exceed sales targets in a high-energy environment.
- Assist store management in finding growth and improvement opportunities, driving performance.
