As a Sales Assistant, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the store operates efficiently and delivers an outstanding shopping experience. From maintaining high presentation standards to creating a welcoming atmosphere, you’ll represent our brand with pride and enthusiasm while prioritising health, safety, and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Collaboration:

Operational Excellence:
- Assist with daily store operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Process transactions efficiently, handling various payment methods.
- Keep the sales floor clean, organised, and visually appealing, including attractive displays and stock levels.
- Stay informed about products, promotions, and pricing to provide accurate customer advice.
- Help set up and execute in-store promotions to enhance sales.

- Address inquiries and concerns professionally to ensure a positive experience.
- Represent the Mountain Warehouse brand enthusiastically and professionally.
