Key Responsibilities
Team Collaboration
- Work harmoniously with colleagues to create an inclusive, supportive team culture.
- Actively participate in team discussions, share ideas, and support training for new and existing staff.
Operational Excellence
- Assist in daily store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Process transactions efficiently, handling payments with accuracy and professionalism.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and visually appealing sales floor with well-stocked, attractive displays.
- Stay updated on product features, promotions, and pricing to provide excellent customer service.
- Help set up and execute in-store promotions to enhance the shopping experience.
