About the Role

As a Sales Assistant, you will be integral to ensuring our store runs smoothly while offering shoppers an outstanding, personalised experience. Your duties span maintaining high presentation standards, fostering a welcoming atmosphere, and embedding our brand values of passion, respect, and ownership—all while prioritising health, safety, and colleague wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
💡 Team Collaboration
- Work cohesively with colleagues to build an inclusive and supportive team environment.
- Participate actively in team discussions and problem-solving, contributing unique ideas towards achieving shared goals.
- Share expertise with colleagues to train new and existing team members.
📦 Operational Excellence
- Support daily store operations—ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Process transactions efficiently, handling all payment methods accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and appealing sales floor, with products attractively displayed and well-stocked.
- Stay informed on product features, promotions, and pricing, enabling customers to receive expert guidance.
- Assist in setting up and executing in-store promotions to drive sales and enhance customer experience.
