Sales Assistant – Lead Pipe Community Store

As a Sales Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the store operates efficiently and delivers an outstanding shopping experience. From maintaining high presentation standards to creating a welcoming atmosphere, you’ll represent our brand with pride and enthusiasm while prioritising health, safety, and wellbeing.

Operational Excellence

  • Assist with day-to-day store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

  • Build strong connections with customers, engaging to understand needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally to ensure a positive experience.
  • Represent the Mountain Warehouse brand with enthusiasm and professionalism while creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Sales & Performance

  • Work with the team to meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to a high-performing workplace.
  • Support store management in identifying growth opportunities and helping the team achieve its full potential.
