Sales Assistant (Retail) – Douglas (IOM)

Department: UK Retail Location: Douglas, Isle of Man Compensation: £11.42 – £13.84 per hour Application Deadline: 10 July 2026

As a Sales Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of delivering an outstanding shopping experience. From maintaining exceptional presentation standards to creating a welcoming store, you’ll uphold the brand’s reputation while prioritising safety, health, and wellbeing.


Key Responsibilities

Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with colleagues to cultivate an inclusive and supportive environment.
  • Actively contribute to team discussions and solutions, driving creativity towards shared goals.
  • Share expertise to mentor both new and existing team members.

Operational Excellence

  • Assist in day-to-day store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Process transactions accurately, handling multiple payment methods efficiently.
  • Keep sales floors organised, clean, and visually appealing, with products attractively displayed and stocked.
  • Stay updated on products, promotions, and pricing to provide expert customer advice.
  • Support the setup and execution of in-store promotions to boost sales and enhance experiences.
