UK Sales Manager

🌟 UK Sales Manager – Drive New Business. Lead a High-Performing Team. Shape National Growth.

We’re looking for a commercially sharp UK Sales Manager to lead a team of six and spearhead new business development across the UK. This is a hands-on leadership role within a fast-growing B2B services organisation — perfect for someone who loves building pipeline, coaching people, and winning big.

Experience selling into the Care Sector would be a real advantage, though not essential.

💼 What You’ll Lead & Deliver

  • Lead a team of six high-energy sales professionals, setting standards and driving performance
  • Own the new business strategy — from market mapping to closing high-value service contracts
  • Coach and develop your team to elevate capability, confidence, and consistency
  • Build senior relationships across key sectors, including Care, Facilities, and wider B2B services
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term client success
  • Report and forecast with accuracy, insight, and commercial clarity

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
