Sales Manager – Fire Protection Systems Multinational Technology Manufacturer Salary: Up to £110,000 basic + Executive Package Are you the kind of leader who sees the big picture and rolls up your sleeves to make it happen? A multinational manufacturer at the forefront of engineered safety technologies is looking for a dynamic Commercial Head – Fire Protection Systems (EMEA) to propel its fire solutions portfolio to new heights. This is a rare executive‑level opportunity for someone who combines deep fire‑market expertise with unstoppable commercial drive. Your Mission Lead the entire commercial agenda for a fire‑protection business that is scaling rapidly across EMEA. You’ll take ownership of strategy, team leadership, market development, and sales performance—ensuring the business becomes the preferred choice in specification‑led environments. You’ll be the senior voice guiding markets through evolving fire codes, lifecycle compliance needs, and high‑stakes technical decisions. You Will Drive Regional Leadership Shape and execute the EMEA growth strategy Coach and elevate country and regional sales leaders Build a unified, high‑performance culture across markets Market Expansion Identify high‑potential segments: industrial, energy, infrastructure, data centres Strengthen relationships with consultants, fire contractors & AHJs Position solutions at the Basis of Design stage in major projects Sales Excellence Oversee governance, forecasting & CRM adoption Enhance specification win rates and value‑based pricing discipline Champion lifecycle offerings and digital service expansion Bring Your Expertise You’ll thrive here if you have: Strong senior leadership experience in fire protection, life‑safety, or regulated technical sectors A credible track record securing specifications in high‑value B2B environments A deep understanding of fire codes, compliance frameworks, and approval processes High executive presence and the ability to influence at boardroom and site level The confidence to lead transformation across culture, systems, and commercial models Why Join?
