UK Sales Manager - Mobile Robotics / Automation
UK Sales Manager - Mobile Robotics / Automation
About the Role
We're hiring for a highly experienced Sales Manager within our expanding leading robotics/automation company.
You’ll take a hands-on approach to grow the Autonomous Mobile Robot (AMR) business in the UK. This role involves engaging with customers, forming sales strategies, and collaborating with cutting-edge automation technologies to enhance operational efficiency across businesses.
You will act as the sole owner of the UK market, constructing strong client relationships and proactively driving strategies to position robots as competitive solutions. We seek an individual deeply knowledgeable in the intralogistics or AMR sales market, with an unwavering passion for delivering real value to customers.
This is an individual contributor position.
Due to having no registered entity in the UK, this role is a long-term position, hired either through an Employer of Record (EOR) or potentially via 12-month rolling contracts (expected to be long-term). The role is fully remote within the UK, with a preference for candidates based in or around London.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
