UK - Senior Account Executive
The Role We’re looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our growing Digital Media team, where you’ll take ownership of running and optimising paid media activity across a portfolio of clients. This role is primarily focused on Paid Search, so strong experience in Google and Microsoft Ads is essential. You’ll also have the opportunity to work across Paid Social (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and more), making this a great role for someone who enjoys variety and wants to broaden their skillset. You’ll take ownership of your work from the outset, with the opportunity to influence strategy, test new ideas, and play a key role in driving growth for both your clients and the wider business. You’ll work closely with specialists across multiple digital channels, giving you exposure to the full digital marketing ecosystem and the chance to make a visible impact. What You’ll Be Doing Managing and optimising Paid Search campaigns across Google and Microsoft Ads Supporting and, where appropriate, managing Paid Social campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn Taking ownership of a portfolio of client accounts, with support from senior team members Identifying opportunities to improve performance, test new ideas and drive account growth Monitoring performance trends, analysing results and solving performance challenges Working closely with clients to support long-term growth objectives and present insights and recommendations Supporting new business pitches and onboarding new clients What We’re Looking For Proven Paid Search experience Paid Social experience is a bonus, but not required Strong numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills A proactive, curious mindset with a desire to keep learning Excellent communication skills and confidence working with clients Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team A genuine passion for digital marketing and the wider digital landscape Our Package Salary Incubeta pays industry benchmark salaries, reviewed regularly as you progress along your career path.
