Position Overview
Benchmark Gensuite is searching for a commercially driven Senior Account Executive (Deal Owner) to:
- Lead enterprise sales cycles
- Develop revenue growth through new business opportunities
- Partner with customers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
- Proactively manage account portfolios for high-impact deals

Ideal candidate profile: ✔ 5+ years in enterprise SaaS sales, selling complex B2B solutions ✔ Strong executive-level relationship management skills ✔ Desire to work remotely (with occasional travel) ✔ Bonus: EHS, ESG, Sustainability, or Operational Excellence experience
Key Responsibilities

Sales Cycle Ownership
- Lead prospecting, qualification, negotiation, and deal closure
- Maintain clear visibility of your full pipeline

Account Development
- Identify opportunities in target enterprise sectors
- Present tailored solutions based on customer pain points

Relationship Management
- Engage with executive-level stakeholders to align strategic goals
- Foster trust with cross-functional steering committees
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Marketing, and Solutions Consultants

Commercial Execution
- Negotiate win-win contracts while meeting revenue targets
- Monitor sales forecasts and CRM pipeline accuracy

Market Advocacy
- Stay ahead of ESG/EHS industry trends, competitors, and customer needs
- Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and client meetings

Team or Individual Performance
- Consistently exceed sales quotas and productivity goals

Experience & Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
📌 Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Environmental Sciences, or equivalent field 📌 5+ years in enterprise SaaS sales, managing full deal cycles 📌 Proven record of closing complex, high-value B2B software deals 📌 Aligns with the following cultural values:

- Thrives in remote-first work environments
Nice-to-Haves
📌 Industry specialty: EHS, ESG, Sustainability, or Operational Excellence 📌 EU language proficiency (French, German, or Spanish—bonus!) 📌 Account management or growth-oriented customer success experience 📌 Strong Salesforce or similar CRM familiarity
