Our client is a rapidly growing international advisory and consulting business seeking to appoint a UK Senior Partner to lead one of its most strategically important markets.
Reporting directly into global leadership, the successful individual will assume responsibility for the overall performance, growth, and strategic direction of the UK business.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and scale the UK business.
- Drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Develop and mentor senior consulting leaders.
- Build and maintain relationships with senior corporate, private equity, and investor stakeholders.
- Support growth across multiple service lines and industry sectors.
- Identify opportunities for organic growth and strategic expansion.
- Collaborate closely with international leadership teams.
- Maintain a high-performance, entrepreneurial culture.

Candidate Profile
- Demonstrable track record of building and scaling professional services or consulting businesses.
- Significant personal revenue generation credentials.
- Strong ownership of senior client relationships.
- Experience internally leading senior teams (Partners) and developing future leaders within Consulting.
- Credibility across multiple service lines rather than a narrow specialism.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and growth orientation.
- Ability to win work through relationships, expertise, and market credibility rather than firm brand alone.
