Description

Provide exceptional service to Apple customers by:
- Understanding their needs
- Identifying opportunities for long-term product ownership
- Clearly presenting products, services, and relevant purchase options
- Educating customers on ways to buy products

Stay proactively updated on Apple’s products, services, purchasing options, and store sales processes

Support peers within the store by:
- Sharing knowledge of Apple offerings
- Assisting with ownership opportunities for customers
- Following Apple’s guidance for accuracy

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
- Can commit to a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and public holidays, as required by the retail business
- Must reliably attend work meetings and shifts in accordance with local laws
- Proficiency in the local language, both spoken and written (sign language accommodations available)

- Demonstrate familiarity with Apple products and services
- Provide personalised solutions while effectively communicating their value to customers
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, often managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously
- Collaborate within a team, embracing shared responsibility and accountability
- Stay curious and open to growth through learning from others and extending support to colleagues
- Enhance the customer experience by advancing your understanding of Apple products, third-party products, and key actions for drive-to-buy outcomes
- Exhibit trustworthiness with sensitive or confidential information, aligning with Apple’s core values
