Apple Retail Specialist

Description

  • Provide exceptional service to Apple customers by:

    • Understanding their needs
    • Identifying opportunities for long-term product ownership
    • Clearly presenting products, services, and relevant purchase options
    • Educating customers on ways to buy products
  • Stay proactively updated on Apple’s products, services, purchasing options, and store sales processes

  • Support peers within the store by:

    • Sharing knowledge of Apple offerings
    • Assisting with ownership opportunities for customers
    • Following Apple’s guidance for accuracy

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

  • Can commit to a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and public holidays, as required by the retail business
  • Must reliably attend work meetings and shifts in accordance with local laws
  • Proficiency in the local language, both spoken and written (sign language accommodations available)

  • Demonstrate familiarity with Apple products and services
  • Provide personalised solutions while effectively communicating their value to customers
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, often managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously
