As a Specialist, you play a pivotal role in building brand loyalty and creating owners of Apple products and services. You are dedicated to providing a customer service experience that stands out. A Specialist is inherently curious—you ask questions to grasp our customers’ needs, customising tailored recommendations to enhance their lives.
This role accommodates various work patterns, including full-time, part-time, or part-time temporary.
Description

Deliver outstanding customer service by identifying needs, highlighting ownership opportunities, presenting products and services, and educating customers on relevant purchasing options.

Stay current on Apple’s products, services, purchase options, and Product Zone sales processes; proactively update your knowledge.

Support peers through the store by sharing expertise on Apple’s products, services, and purchase methods while assisting in offering ownership opportunities.

Minimum Qualifications
- Availability to work shift-based schedules, including nights, weekends, and public holidays, according to business requirements.
- Reliable attendance per schedule while respecting local laws and any approved accommodations.
- Proficiency in the local language (written and spoken), including support for sign language.
