Deliver exceptional service to Apple customers by:
- Seeking to understand their needs
- Identifying ownership opportunities
- Presenting products and services
- Educating customers on relevant ways to buy products
Stay proactively up to date with:
- Apple’s products
- Services
- Purchase options
- Product Zone sales processes

Support your peers across the store by:
- Sharing knowledge about Apple’s products and services
- Assisting in offering ownership opportunities
Ensure work is accurate and aligns with Apple’s guidance.
Perform other tasks, including but not limited to:
- Customer service and support across other areas of the store
Contribute to an inclusive environment by:

Minimum Qualifications
Availability and Reliability:
- Must be available to work according to business needs, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
- Reliably attend work as scheduled, aligned with local laws and any approved accommodations.
Language Proficiency:
- Proficient in the local language (written and spoken), including support for sign language.
