Apple Retail Specialist

Deliver exceptional service to Apple customers by:

  • Seeking to understand their needs
  • Identifying ownership opportunities
  • Presenting products and services
  • Educating customers on relevant ways to buy products

Stay proactively up to date with:

  • Apple’s products
  • Services
  • Purchase options
  • Product Zone sales processes

Minimum Qualifications

Availability and Reliability:

  • Must be available to work according to business needs, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Reliably attend work as scheduled, aligned with local laws and any approved accommodations.

Language Proficiency:

  • Proficient in the local language (written and spoken), including support for sign language.
