Apple Retail Senior Specialist

As a Specialist, you’re more than just a customer service representative. You build brand loyalty, turning customers into Apple product owners by providing advice personalised to their needs. You ask the right questions, listen attentively, and recommend solutions that make a real difference in their lives.
This role can take many forms:
- Full-time (9 a.m.–5:30 p.m., Monday–Friday, with potential overtime and premium pay)
- Part-time (flexible hours to meet your needs)
- Part-time seasonal or temporary (working days or weeks as required by demand)

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver unmatched customer service by:
- Understanding and anticipating customer needs with curiosity
- Presenting products and services wisely to uncover ownership opportunities
- Providing education on purchasing options
- Stay proactive and informed about:
- Apple’s latest products and features
- Existing and emerging ways to buy (e.g. trade-in options, financing)
- Product Zone processes (like iPhone refresh initiatives)
- Support your team:
- Share best practices, knowledge, and techniques
- Offer seamless assistance across departments (e.g., Genius Bar help)
- Remain accurate and compliant:
- Follow Apple approvals and guidance
- Be receptive to learning and feedback
- Take ownership beyond daily tasks:
- Act as an ambassador by handling cowith others to elevate the experience, including:
- Leading small process improvements keeping with Apple’s principles

Basic Qualifications
To be considered, you should:
- Be available for shift-based schedules, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Register for and reliably commit to your assigned shifts (adjacent to local labor laws)
- Have excellent verbal and written skills in the local language (including sign language support where relevant)
- Have basic tech fluency (friendly to our products, connected tendencies for yourself)
