Job Description

Main Responsibilities

Deliver excellent service to Apple customers by:

  • Seeking to understand their needs, identifying ownership opportunities
  • Presenting products and services
  • Educating customers on relevant ways to buy products

Understand and proactively stay up to date on:

  • Apple’s products, services, purchase options
  • Product Zone sales processes

  • Support your peers throughout the store by sharing knowledge about Apple’s products, services, and purchase options
  • Assist in offering ownership opportunities

Ensure:

  • Accuracy in recommendations

  • Guidance-adherence

  • Perform other tasks as required, including:

    • Customer service and support in other areas of the store

Commit to:

  • An inclusive environment by respecting all differences
  • Demonstrating curiosity to learn

Minimum Qualifications

  • Availability to work a schedule that may include nights, weekends and public holidays
  • Reliability in attendance as scheduled, in line with local laws
  • Approved reasonable accommodations permitted
  • Proficient in the local language (both written and spoken, including support for sign language).

Preferred Qualifications

We greatly value:

  • Knowledge of Apple products and services
  • Experience in personalising solutions based on customer needs and communicating them effectively
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, preferably supporting multiple customers simultaneously
