This role could be available as full-time, part-time, or part-time temporary.

Deliver excellent service to Apple customers by:
- Seeking to understand their needs
- Identifying ownership opportunities
- Presenting products and services
- Educating customers on relevant ways to buy

Understand and proactively stay up to date on:
- Apple’s products, services, purchase options
- Product Zone sales processes

Support peers across the store by:
- Sharing knowledge on Apple’s products, services, and purchase options
- Assisting in offering ownership opportunities

Minimum Qualifications
You should:
- Be available to work a schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
- Reliably attend work as scheduled, in line with local laws and subject to approved accommodations.
- Be proficient in the local language, both spoken and written (sign language supported).
