** Specialist (Apple Retail) Role**

As a Specialist, you will build brand loyalty and create owners of Apple products and services by offering outstanding customer service and tailored recommendations. You are dedicated to delivering an experience unlike any other. This role requires curiosity—asking questions to understand your customers’ needs and presenting customised recommendations to elevate their lives.

This position may be filled on a full-time, part-time, or part-time temporary basis.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent service by:
    • Deeply understanding customer needs
    • Identifying opportunities for product ownership
    • Presenting and educating customers on relevant purchase options and benefits
  • Stay proactive in learning about Apple’s products, services, purchase options, and Product Zone sales processes
  • Support teammates by sharing expertise on:
    • Apple’s offerings
    • Purchase options
    • Identifying upsell opportunities
  • Maintain accuracy and adhere to guidelines when assisting customers
  • Perform additional duties (where needed) to maintain customer service excellence, including:
    • Supporting other areas of the store
    • Assisting with in-store operations
  • Contribute to an inclusive environment by:
    • Respecting diverse perspectives
    • Demonstrating openness to learning
  • Uphold Apple’s values of inclusion and diversity in daily interactions

Minimum Qualifications

Applicants must:

  • Be able to:
    • Work flexible schedules (including nights, weekends, and public holidays)
    • Reliably attend shifts as scheduled (within legal guidelines and subject to accommodations)
  • Have strong proficiency in the local language (both spoken and written), with support for sign language

  • Personalise customer solutions and communicate them effectively
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, multitasking (e.g., supporting multiple customers simultaneously)

    • Deepen their understanding of Apple products and third-party offerings to enhance the customer experience
