Stock Assistant
Description Are you passionate about retail and providing exceptional customer service? Do you thrive in a collaborative environment where teamwork and community are at the heart of success? If so, Mountain Warehouse has the perfect role for you!
As a Stock Assistant, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the store remains well-stocked and organised for a seamless shopping experience. From receiving and replenishing deliveries to maintaining accurate inventory levels, you’ll help keep the store running efficiently while upholding high standards of stock presentation, safety, and compliance.
Hours: 7am - 11am, 3 days a week. Possible overtime. Some 8pm finishes and weekend work may be required. Must be self-motivated.

Operational Excellence
- Receive and process deliveries efficiently. Accept incoming shipments, check for accuracy, and properly stock and store products to maintain inventory integrity.
- Replenish stock and maintain store presentation. Regularly restock shelves and displays to ensure a well-stocked and appealing store environment.
- Maintain cleanliness and store standards. Conduct daily housekeeping tasks, including tidying shelves, maintaining fitting rooms, and keeping the store clean for a welcoming atmosphere.
Customer Engagement
- Build strong connections with customers. Engage them to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience.
- Represent the Mountain Warehouse brand with enthusiasm and professionalism, driving a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere.
Sales & Performance
- Work with the team to meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to a high-performing workplace.
- Support store management in identifying growth and improvement opportunities to achieve maximum potential.
