Site Supply Chain Manager (UK)

As our new Site Supply Chain Manager, you will lead and coordinate all supply chain activities at our Wollaston site, working closely with site teams and group functions to ensure an efficient, customer-focused operation. You will take ownership of S&OE activities, support the deployment of S&OP processes, and oversee customer service, shipping, transport and internal logistics performance.

You will play a key role in driving operational excellence and contributing to the delivery of the Group P&L through strong supply chain performance, continuous improvement and ownership of key supply chain KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute the site supply chain strategy, ensuring compliance with EHS, SOX and business conduct policies while aligning operational priorities with wider business objectives.
  • Drive the S&OE and S&OP processes, collaborating cross-functionally with sales, manufacturing, logistics, procurement and finance to deliver accurate forecasts, balanced supply plans and effective decision-making.
  • Manage inventory, working capital and stock optimisation activities, including safety stock levels, slow-moving inventory, product allocation and intercompany stock movements to maximise customer service and efficiency.
  • Use data, KPIs and performance metrics to identify risks, improve planning processes, reduce costs and drive continuous improvement projects across the supply chain function.
  • Lead, develop and coach the Site Supply Chain team while building strong relationships across operational and commercial teams to support business performance and long-term growth.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in global, multi-site S&OP and lean supply chain management, supported by relevant qualifications or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, influencing and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across matrix and multicultural environments.
  • A strategic and proactive mindset, with the confidence to challenge, manage risk and drive continuous improvement and change.
  • Strong analytical and organisational skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Good IT and systems knowledge, including ERP systems and supply chain planning and improvement tools.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
