Talent Manager | E IDOLS
As a Talent Manager at E IDOLS, you’ll be responsible for building and managing a roster of content creators, helping them grow their careers through strategic brand partnerships and long-term development.
Your responsibilities
- Build and manage your own portfolio of creators while acting as their main point of contact.
- Develop strong relationships with your talents and support their long-term growth.
- Identify and secure brand partnerships, sponsorships, ambassador programs, gifting opportunities, and events.
- Lead campaigns from outreach to final payment, including negotiation, coordination, execution, and performance tracking.
- Organize talent onboarding, contracts, media kits, rate cards, and internal systems.
- Maintain campaign calendars, deadlines, and regular strategy meetings with your talents.
- Collaborate with brands, agencies, and internal teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
- Prepare pitch decks, commercial proposals, and client presentations.
- Represent E IDOLS at industry events and contribute to the agency’s commercial growth.
- Keep internal tools and reporting up to date while ensuring excellent communication across teams.

- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.

- Passion for the creator economy and influencer marketing.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Canva, Notion, Odoo, Google Workspace, Slack, and other collaboration tools.
