Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Development
- Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment, uniting colleagues around shared goals.
- Drive continuous growth by coaching, training, and mentoring your team effectively.
- Ensure open and clear communication to keep the team informed, engaged, and aligned.
- Empower your team with up-to-date product knowledge to confidently meet customer needs.
Operational Excellence
- Maintain impeccable shop floor standards, including stock presentation, ticketing, and organisation.
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing duties, to ensure smooth workflows.
- Lead engaging visual merchandising initiatives to create a clean, inviting, and appealing environment.
- Prioritise Health & Safety, safeguarding the well-being of both staff and customers.
