Retail Team Leader – UK Retail (Penrith, PRT)

Compensation: £13.32 per hour

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Development

  • Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment, uniting colleagues around shared goals.
  • Drive continuous growth by coaching, training, and mentoring your team effectively.
  • Ensure open and clear communication to keep the team informed, engaged, and aligned.
  • Empower your team with up-to-date product knowledge to confidently meet customer needs.

Operational Excellence

  • Maintain impeccable shop floor standards, including stock presentation, ticketing, and organisation.
  • Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing duties, to ensure smooth workflows.
  • Lead engaging visual merchandising initiatives to create a clean, inviting, and appealing environment.
  • Prioritise Health & Safety, safeguarding the well-being of both staff and customers.

Sales & Performance

  • Motivate and inspire your team to meet and exceed sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

  • Skilled at problem-solving within company guidelines and policies.
