Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and collaborative Commercial Workstream Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of the commercial workstream within a major transformation programme. This role involves overseeing SAP implementation, engaging with stakeholders across multiple markets, and ensuring governance alignment in a federated operating model. Prior experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end testing activities across programme workstreams.
- Support test planning, scheduling, and resource alignment.
- Track test execution progress and manage defect reporting and resolution.
- Liaise with functional leads, technical teams, and market stakeholders to ensure readiness.
- Maintain test documentation and support audit/compliance requirements.
- Report testing status, risks, and issues to the Programme Test Lead and Orchestration Lead.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in test coordination or QA roles within large programmes.
- Experience with SAP or enterprise systems testing is preferred.
- Familiarity with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM, Azure DevOps).
